One on one coaching by me includes a dedicated two hour time block for you, full workout plan, nutrition guide, ability to message me at any time. Coaching can take place in my personal gym or at the Badlands Community Facility (BCF). No additional fees for use of my personal gym, BCF requires a separate membership.
The training plan will take into account your injury history and your equipment availability as well as your lifestyle (how long you can train and what you do for work) and goals. It will be modified as any of these factors change.
The training plan is appropriate for anyone of all experience levels regardless of what your goals are.
Couples rates are available for couples training together.
Youth plan rates are available after school for any youth interested in getting into bodybuilding under the age of 16. School bus stops are available within a block of my house.
